It is DEATH!

Golden sunset in Namibia (By: TEOCARAMEL)

“We shall certainly test you with fear and hunger, and loss of property, lives and crops. But [Prophet], give good news to those who are steadfast, those who say, when afflicted with a calamity, ‘We belong to God and to Him we shall return.’ These will be given blessing and mercy from their Lord, and it is they who are rightly guided.”
- Surah Al-Baqara “The Cow” 2:155-157                         (translated by: M. A. S. Abdel Haleem)

Silence… All of them were in black…some were crying quietly… “She Died”. This was my second time to pass this calamity, and in both of them I was in the same state!

It is Death; it comes suddenly without previous knowledge, the only reality that we can't escape from it.

In this life we should know that no one will stay forever, no matter how much we love him. But finally he will go. Everyone have a mission in this universe, once he finished it, he must go and another person will come then go.

A lot of people will come to the life's shore and a lot will go, once the happiness born someone you love will go.

Death is not a cessation of life, but it is a lesson for us to remember that one day we will also die.

So what do you want to achieve before death comes? How you can achieve your mission in life without biasing from the rules that Allah put to us? How to be mindful of Allah, and aware that one day He will ask you about every step you have taken?

We mustn’t live for fame, or money, or anything that will die as it is all gone once we die. So we must live for something that will not die.

May Allah gives mercy to our death.
Until we finish our mission in life… Until our Death…

It is time to, ESCAPE!

Happy Baby Laying on Back (By: Alexandra Grablewski)

“If you ask what is the single most important key to longevity, I would have to say it is avoiding worry, stress and tension. And if you didn’t ask me, I’d still have to say it.                                                                                                                      -George F. Burns

Stress times, is the most difficult period the human could go through. How to cope with stress is the question.

Stress comes from pressures in your life, and your life is like the atmosphere when the pressure increases a hurricane builds up.

So it is time to….Escape!

Escape to your safest place. This safest place can be in the center of the storm.

A time ago, the coming words have been said to me and hence every hard time I read them to know my escape destination.

We must know that our fear, worry and anxiety from any tough circumstances around will lead to burning out and thus we won’t be able to achieve our ultimate goal.

You must know the secret to be safe in a hurricane; you must believe that you are strong enough to pass all this. You must know how to be calm, just remember that you must be great and you must achieve your dreams even if it seems impossible.

You can achieve the impossible; just put your faith in something that will not die.
Even if it is going tough, remember your ultimate goal.

Cope with stress… Find your safest place

Only For A DAISY

Blue-eyed African Daisy (By: Anna Yu)

“Once upon a time I met a Daisy.I whispered in her ear.
You seem too weak for others, but never mind you are so strong because we will be together, forever.
Do not worry, sometimes you will find yourself totally alone, you must used that.
You must look at the sky, take a deep breath, and try to continue your way. Don’t forget “Allah Knows”…
One day you will be a legend, a lot of people will stay and a lot will go.
In spite of your pain you must resist. I know it is too hard, but you must not die. Because you are the smile of my life.

...Remember you will never lose as much value as you have lost before...

Every minute we live will go forever, so we must make something that keep us in memory. We must make something great either to remember it or to let others remember it.
Let every moment you live, a moment of happiness in others life. It could be the only moment that they will live.
Let every moment you live, a moment of success in your life. It could be the only moment that will change the world.

Just Trust Allah... Just Complete your way...
Live to Complete Your Legend..."

CHARISMA; Charm & Magnetism

"Charisma is a sparkle in people that money can't buy. It's an invisible energy with visible effects."
- Marianne Williamson

Each person has a unique pattern of thinking, behaving, and expressing feelings. In short, everyone has a unique personality.

While I was reading these lines in Psychology: Modules for Active Learning” by Dennis Coon & John O. Mitterer , I asked myself  What is the difference between personality, character & charisma. And if there is a difference, does a person with a good personality must have a charisma?

Charisma is a compelling attractiveness or charm that can inspire others. This divinely conferred power or talent which gives the ability to affect all people around in a positive way.

Psychologists regard personality as a person’s unique pattern of thinking, emotions and behavior. In other words, personality refers to the consistency in who you are, have been and will become. It also refers to the special blend of talents, values, hopes, loves, hates and habits that makes each of us a unique person.

Character is the personal characteristic that have been judged or evaluated; a peron’s desirable or undesirable qualities.

Now, What is beyond those definitions? Having TACT & CHARISMA gives you the ability to be a good leader. And a good leader can affect people easily, can change the world.

The most successful people in starring roles in society have tact or charisma or both. People with charisma immediately secure others' loyalty at first sight, with or without having many desirable assets. People with tact instinctively grasp the situation and put everyone at ease by being able to say the right thing at the right time. Moreover, they lead others into acting in positive ways and they ease sticky situations.

Carly Fiorina, John F. Kennedy Rana El-Kaliouby or Samhaa El-Beltagy are examples of charismatic persons whose personal magnetism makes them stand out and propels them up the ladder of success.

Debra Benton, one of the most charismatic and powerful author, wrote about how to  boost your charisma quotient in her book: Executive Charisma: Six Steps to Mastering the Art of Leadership. And she puts  steps to develop CHARISMA, here are some of them:

Expect acceptance.
Regardless of rank, expect to be treated as an equal. If you expect acceptance, you just might get it. If you don’t expect it, you definitely won’t get it.

Control your attitude.

Success in business is based more on mental attitude than on mental capabilities. Be optimistic toward yourself, others and life. Walk in to a room with a spring in your step and a smile on your face.

Think before you talk.

Think fast, pause, then speak purposefully. One CEO practices saying everything to himself before he says it out loud so that he will hear how it sounds and can change it if he needs to.

Slow down.
Speed in speaking, moving, gesturing and walking looks nervous and scared. Scared people get passed over, not hired or promoted. Learn to speak in a comfortable, easygoing and welcoming way. Don’t waste time, but do speak as if you have all the time in the world for those you are speaking to.

Shoot straight.

Everything you say or write can be done in a simple, straightforward manner. Just do it.

One day you will be a leader...You can save the world...

Stop Making Excuses

Stop sign on the way to Haleakala, Hawaii (By:Thomas Kokta)

Niney-nine percent of failures come from people who have the habit of making excuses.”
 –Goerge W. Carver

Struggling in life is not easy, but finding an excuse not to struggle is very easy. We can find an excuse not to complete our work, not to improve ourselves, not to choose something we love, not to leave something we hate, not to avoid bad habit ... not to live our life because either we are afraid or not ready or waiting for a chance, or, or ... endless excuses.

If you have the habit of making excuse so you will waste your time, energy and LIFE. In my opinion, there is a relation between excuses and procrastination. As excuses are just means to procrastinate a goal in your life. You comfort your subconscious mind with an excuse in order not to let it leaves its comfort-zone and not to achieve something worthy in your life. You believe your excuses; you believe that you can’t do anything in your life.

But it ends with the famous sentence:
“A year from now you may wish you had started today.”
 -Karen Lamb
So why do not we begin from today?

Focusing on our strengths and weaknesses, try to improve ourselves. Choose goals that suits us and don’t be afraid to achieve them, it could be hard, difficult but it is not impossible.

Reaching the stars isn’t easy, but it is possible.

Stop Making Excuses... Stop Procrastinating your Life...
Plant your Garden of Success... Live Better Life...

I Am AFRAID!

boy climbing on rocks (By: Alex Mares-Manton)

“I’ve always believed no matter how many shots I miss, I’m going to make the next one.”
- Jonathan Swift

I was away from my blog for a time, but the reason was that I was afraid. I was afraid to take an action. I thought a lot, worried a lot then I put all that worry aside, think that Allah will bless me with the best ever and took the action.

I am afraid! A phrase that you are telling it to yourself when you are about to take an action in your future. Your sub-conscious is programmed that every new action will take you out from your comfort-zone.

In everyday life, we are about to take an action, but if you think about your fears, worries and doubts you will never take any action.
You will lose a chance, may be the only good chance. You will be prisoned in your fears.

“I used to have a comfort zone where I knew I wouldn't fail.
The same four walls and busywork were really more like jail.
I longed so much to do the things I'd never done before,
But stayed inside my comfort zone and paced the same old floor.

I said it didn't matter that I wasn't doing much.
I said I didn't care for things like commission checks and such.
I claimed to be so busy with the things inside the zone,
But deep inside I longed for something special of my own.

I couldn't let my life go by just watching others win.
I held my breath; I stepped outside and let the change begin.
I took a step and with new strength I'd never felt before,
I kissed my comfort zone goodbye and closed and locked the door.

If you're in a comfort zone, afraid to venture out,
Remember that all winners were at one time filled with doubt.
A step or two and words of praise can make your dreams come true.
Reach for your future with a smile; success is there for you!”

-My Comfort Zone - A Poem
Author Unknown
So, what is the solution?

It is time to free out yourself. It is time to release your creativity, unleash your potential and live your life.
It is time to think, when you were still a kid.

Go further than you may think you can…

Trust Allah… Take a Step…
Make your Dreams come True… Live a Better Life…

Newly Born…

Sleeping baby boy, 1 day old (By: Tim Hawley)

“A new era of responsibility is here.”
-Valerie Jarrett
A lot of emotions, a lot of words, a lot of actions but no one could describe what his feeling about Egypt is. As you see a newborn baby, just smiling with joy and hope for a better future.

The youth have made the day for the whole society. They have changed the opinion of the world about Egypt.

Before anything, I would like to commemorate the martyrs of this revolution. May Allah bless their souls with his mercy. And for their families:

“[Prophet], do not think of those who have been killed in God’s way as dead. They are alive with their Lord, well provided for, happy with what God has given them His favour; rejoicing that for those they have left behind who have yet to join them there is no fear, nor will they grieve; [rejoicing] in God’s blessing and favour, and that God will not let the reward of the believers be lost.”
- Surah Al ‘Imran “The Family of ‘Imran” 3:169-171 (translated by: M. A. S. Abdel Haleem)

For their mothers, I know that no words describe a mother's tears, no words can heal a broken heart but Allah's promise for them is enough to calm them down.

We have begun a new era in Egypt; a new era of change, power and responsibility. A new era, in which, every Egyptian can live with the principles of freedom, democracy, equality and justice.

After 18 days of revolution, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak steps down and hands power to the military, all the respect and appreciation to them. Things changed quickly on Friday, and now Egypt enters a new stage which needs a lot of work.

So the question now is what's next?
We need to begin changing our country to be better, we need to put a plan which covers every discipline in the Egyptian affairs, we need free and fair elections, we need development, science ... and we need to look forward to a different future.

In my opinion, every person must begin the change within himself so he must change his attitude first.

“We cannot change our past. We cannot change the fact that people act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.”
-Charles R. Swindol
Every one of us has dreams, plans for the future, power to change everything; so we don’t want to lose this spirit.

What have happened taught us not to give up a purpose or a dream, to protect our ideas & goals. Allah gives us a great power to change everything around in the world, to use wisdom & awareness to create a better future.

The Egyptians have proven that they can be the change they want to see in the world as Gandhi said.

“Be the change you want to see in the world.”
-Mahatma Gandhi
If you want something, go get it.

Keep the courage to change everything you can. Don’t give up a dream.
Be the change you want to see ...Live Better Life...
